Get help this Christmas
If your kids need Christmas this year, apply by December 15.
We help families in Wilson County, Old Hickory and Hermitage who are going through a temporary emergency or illness.
We go by what happened this year, never by your income, and your kids will only ever know that Santa came.

Who can apply
You can apply if something went wrong this year and your kids are 18 or under.
Maybe a bill came in sky high, a tire blew, someone is between jobs, or someone got sick. You're working, you don't qualify for assistance, and this year there's nothing left for extras.
That is exactly who we're here for, and every one of your kids is included, teenagers too.
We serve Wilson County, Old Hickory and Hermitage. Live just outside? Apply anyway and tell us where you are, because we do make the occasional exception.
The deadline is December 15.
One application covers up to five kids. If you have more, fill out a second one.
What happens next
Here's what happens after you apply, all the way to Christmas morning.
Fill out one form for up to five kids.
Add each child's age and a few lines about what happened this year, in your own words.
Write down their Santa letters, plus a few backups.
Want them to write it themselves? Print a Santa letter and upload a photo with your application.
Everything we give is donated, so name brand shoes, clothes and electronics are rare. List them if that's the wish, and add a couple of other ideas beside them.
The elves shop and pack your bag, wrapping paper included.
We try to get at least one thing off every list, with two or three gifts for each child, and we tuck wrapping paper in the bag so you can wrap everything at home.
You pick it up quietly, and Santa gets the credit.
We'll tell you when pick-up day is. You take the bag home, wrap the gifts with the paper inside, and put them under the tree yourself, from Santa.
Straight answers
What your kids will get, and what we can't cover.
Here's what your kids will get.
- Toys and clothes, two or three gifts per child, depending on what gets donated.
- Something from every Santa letter, every time we possibly can.
- Wrapping paper in every bag, so you can wrap the gifts yourself at home.
- Stockings and stocking stuffers, in the years they get donated.
- Every one of your kids, teenagers included.
- A quiet pick-up, so the gifts come from Santa on Christmas morning.
Here's what we can't cover.
- Money toward bills.
- Food baskets. We have nowhere to store food, and it's rarely donated.
- Gifts handed to the kids at a party. Santa delivers those.
- Bikes, game systems and brand new games are rarely donated. If that's the big wish, list it along with a few other ideas.
- Gifts for grown-ups, although mom sometimes finds a little something extra in the bag.
