What we keep, and who gets to see it.
When you fill out a form on this site, it goes to Krys and the elves she trusts, and nobody else. We never sell it or share it with anyone outside Give A Little Christmas.
If you apply for help
We keep your name, phone, email, town, what happened this year, and your kids' first names, ages, sizes, Santa letters and any letter photos you upload. Only Krys and the elves she gives a login can see them. Donors who adopt a family see a family number, the kids' ages and sizes and their wishes, never a name, a town or your story.
If you give, volunteer, host a toy drive or adopt a family
We keep the name, email, phone and anything you tell us in the form, so we can thank you and work with you. Gifts and tickets are paid through GivingFuel and TicketSpice, and this site never sees your card or bank details.
If you ask for Santa's letters or a reply from Santa
We keep your email and the details you give Santa, so the letters and his reply reach you, and so we can let you know about Giving Tuesday and next Christmas. Reply to any email and ask, and we'll stop.
